Wow. This is the first end of year post on this blog. this year has been so awesome. This is the year my blog started! I'm still going to list my top ten posts and things but I am so excited that this blog will be continued next year!

Friday Faves

Man this week has been crazy. good crazy, but still crazy. i am so excited for next week and all the traditions it brings. Our family goes to my oma and opa's on christmas eve and drives back 3 hours to get home for christmas day when we go to my other grandma's house. I have ben whiping up presents left and right this week. I am makeing bowties for the brothers and bathsalts for friends.here are some bathsalt and bowtie tutorials:

New Year Givaway!

where I live its not cold. thats it. it might hapen that there is a flurry every two years and when that happen everything closes. but seriously, 4 inches of snow will put our state in an emergency state.(because it melts then freezez to ice and nobody can drive or get frozen peas because all the stores are out of frozen peas. just ask my mom.) well this was the cold year. we knew that we got a flurry last year so we might not get anything but we were wrong. because for four hours it snowed and sometimes sticked see evedince below:

The next day we had record breaking lows so we poured boiling water of the deck in 14 degree weather!

Sorry for not posting these last few weeks have been crazy. Don't get me wrong I love holidays but they can be soooo stressful im hopeing a guift guide will pop up on the blog tomorrow but it might not untill the here is a video! also just heads up the SUPER talented Lindsey Stirling is going on tour! I got tickets within 10 min. of them being avalible go to Lindsey Stirling.com to get tickets! I was so stressed because last time she came she sold out before I could get tickets! oh and by the way Lindsey is a hip hop violinist. she dances and plays violin at the same time! my grandma, grampa, freind, freind's mom, my mom, and someone else are all going together! .

Give Thanks 2013

WOW. I am So thankful for everything I have. I don't know where to begin. I'm so thankful For my church. For the personal proggress program that pushed me to start this blog. I'm thankful for all of you readers and all the compliments pepole give me comments and suggestions. I'm thankful for my body and my health. I'm thankful I have church leaders that help guide me. I'm thankful for friends that care. nevertheless I am greatful for my family. I have an amazeing family that is great in so many ways. I'll wrap this up by saying:

My Good works Value Project

I'm so excited for this post. Many of you know that this little blog was started as part of my choice and accountability value project. A value project is a ten hour project focusing on one Young woman value the values are

For my Good Works value project I decided to spend at least 10 hours making pillow cases for conkerr cancer. This is an organization that gives homemade pillow cases to kids with cancer. Part of my project was planning a Young Woman activity where we made pillow cases. Here are some pictures! we made 20 pillow cases and started 5 more!

Layer It Up

Hi guys! I'm officialy back. sorry for teaseing you last week. Tomorrow and wensday are going to be crazy so I posting today. I might share a video of my violin recital tomorrow! I love this outfitt because you can wear it when Its cold and take of the sweater when its warm. The weather down here is going through a identity crisis and cant decide if it should be warm or cold. I vote for chilly-warm. Normaly I would wear this with boots but since I need to find some I figured that wedges would work.

I went to target today saw a dress that stoped me in my tracks. While taking it to the cart I saw this trench coat! Sorry dress you lost this one. Thanks to little brother for taking these pictures. since he is so good at taking pictures he wants to be a dragoniod with a camera for halloween. LOL.
